Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FieldDay platform ("Service"), operated by Nfinit Monkeys LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, administrators, technicians, and office staff who access the Service under a business account.
2. Description of Service
FieldDay is a cloud-based field service management platform that provides scheduling, dispatching, customer management, estimates, invoicing, payment processing, and AI-powered operations tools for home service businesses and trades contractors.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The individual creating the account represents that they have authority to bind the business entity to these Terms. Each business account must designate at least one Owner-role user.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the pricing published on our website. Fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our SLA.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Solo — $49/month, 1 user
- Team — $89/month, up to 5 users
- Pro — $149/month, up to 15 users
- Business — $349/month, unlimited users
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization; (f) use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over customer records, job data, invoices, documents, or any other content you create or upload through the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
7. AI Features
The Service includes AI-powered features (call answering, estimate generation, document analysis). AI outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting upon them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, accounting software, mapping services, permit systems). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination by you, service continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
